The retail building was originally built in 2008 and is 7,076 SF located at 2609 S. 10th Ave., Caldwell, ID 83605. The approximate aggregate sales price for this transaction is $101.45 per square foot. The property was purchased with 100% occupancy. The sellers were represented by Jarron Langston with Coldwell Banker and Jim Woodland with Keller Williams, and the buyer represented themselves.
